Lead generation and sales strategy for ambitious businesses that don't want to sit back and wait for the next client to appear.
From finding the right people and starting conversations, to following up, progressing opportunities and asking for the sale, the focus is simple: creating more opportunities to generate revenue from the audience, relationships and visibility you've already built.
Done-for-you lead generation. Sales strategy. Masterminds and accountability. Fractional sales support. Event sales.
Whatever the format, the goal is the same: more of the right conversations turning into business.
Most businesses don't have a complete lack of opportunities.
They have people watching. Previous enquiries that went quiet. Conversations that never quite went anywhere. Past clients they haven't spoken to for months. Email subscribers clicking and reading. LinkedIn connections, networking contacts, referrals and people regularly engaging with their content.
The problem is what happens next.
Someone shows interest, but nobody follows up.
A great conversation happens, but nobody asks the obvious next question.
An enquiry isn't ready today, so they're forgotten about.
Time and money go into generating new leads, while perfectly good opportunities are sitting untouched.
And sometimes, there are plenty of conversations happening but not enough of them are turning into sales.
That's where you're losing the sale.
Great lead generation creates the opportunity.
Great sales makes something happen with it.
It starts with knowing who you want to work with, where to find them and how you're going to create opportunities to get in front of them.
It's noticing when someone is paying attention. Knowing which conversations are worth pursuing. Following up when the timing isn't right. Asking better questions. Recognising buying signals. And knowing how to move a conversation towards a decision.
Because getting someone onto a sales call isn't the goal.
Getting them to buy is.
That's why I look at the entire journey someone takes towards becoming a client, and what needs to happen at each stage to give you the best possible chance of making the sale.
Sometimes that means creating more opportunities at the top.
Sometimes there are already plenty of opportunities, but they're not being progressed.
And sometimes the leads are there, the calls are happening, and the sales process itself is where things are falling down.
The job is to find where you're losing the sale and fix it.
Whether you need someone to take lead generation off your hands, want to get better at creating and converting your own opportunities, or need experienced sales support within your business, there are a few ways we can work together.

If there's a sales challenge in your business that doesn't fit neatly into one of my existing services, let's talk about it.
Talk to me about sales supportIf you're running an event where there's an opportunity to sell, I can become part of your team before, during and after the event.
From understanding your offers and identifying the right attendees, to having sales conversations in the room, following up afterwards and closing sales, the focus is on making the most of the commercial opportunity you've created.
Talk to me about your event“There's been someone handholding us all the way.”
“Since starting with them [a month ago], my gross revenue has already gone up by 35%.”
“Daisy and the team are always quick to answer my messages, full of fresh ideas and genuinely supportive every step of the way.
Thanks to their approach, we've seen a steady flow of leads, over 350 in just 2 months, with calls and sales naturally following.
It feels like having an extra team member who really cares about the results.”
“Working with Daisy and her team gave me the best month I've ever managed to have and they took the stress out of my launch.
They are so ‘on it’ for their clients, I really didn't have to worry. Working with Daisy has helped to push me and keep me accountable too and my business has hugely benefited.
I highly recommend working with Daisy and her team, you won't regret it!”
I can't help it.
I'll stay in a hotel and notice the five things they could have sold me before I've even checked out. I'll look at a business's customer journey and immediately start questioning what happens to the people who don't buy first time. I'll hear someone tell me they're struggling to get clients and want to know what happened to the last 20 people who showed an interest.
Because there are opportunities to make sales everywhere in a business. Most just aren't doing enough with them.
That's what I've built my business around.
Today, I work with business owners and teams to find those opportunities, create more of them and make sure far more of them actually go somewhere.
Sometimes my team and I take care of the lead generation. Sometimes I'm brought in to look at the strategy, customer journey or sales process. And sometimes I'm there to actually have the sales conversations and close the business.
Whichever way we work together, I'll always be looking for the same thing:
Where could you be making more sales than you are right now?
You know there's more revenue available in your business. The question is what's getting in the way of it.
“I need more of the right people to talk to.”
You're good at what you do and you can sell, but there simply aren't enough new opportunities coming into the business consistently.
You need to get more proactive about finding and creating them.
“People are interested, but they're not buying.”
You're getting enquiries, having conversations or booking sales calls, but too many are disappearing somewhere between showing an interest and becoming a client.
It's time to look at what's happening in between.
“I know there are opportunities I'm not following up.”
The leads are there. The previous enquiries are there. Your network is there. The people engaging with you are there.
But consistently doing something with all of that keeps slipping down the list.
“I don't actually know where the problem is.”
You're doing plenty. Marketing, networking, content, lead generation, sales calls, follow-up.
But the numbers aren't reflecting the amount of effort going in, and you're not sure which part needs fixing first.
Wherever the gap is, we start by finding it.
There could be opportunities sitting in your business right now that you're simply not making enough of.
Or perhaps you already know exactly where the problem is, but you don't have the time, strategy or consistency to fix it.
Either way, it starts with a conversation.
Tell me what's happening in your business, where you want to get to and what's getting in the way. From there, we can work out what needs to happen next.
